New Rider Information

RhythmRide® helps new riders get started with indoor cycling. On your first class the instructor will set you up on your bike so that it is at the max comfort for your size. They will also go through a description of how the class works. All the classes are designed for a maximum cardio workout. Depending on your fitness level will determine how much you can participate in the routine. We mainly ride out of the saddle. Again this will depend on your fitness level if you will stand and what percentage of the class. We recommend the first class to just sit most of the time and observe. Get used to the feeling of a spin bike and the gear. The best part is there is no competition between riders in Rhythm Ride. We are all trying to improve our personal performance. Every class has every level in it.

What You Need to Bring

  • Wear sneakers and comfortable workout clothes
  • Bring water and a towel (available for sale at studio)
  • Please come 15 minutes before class starts
  • Bring the liability release form signed with you

  • You may register for a class up until 1/2 hour(s) prior to class time.
  • You may cancel 12 hour(s) prior to class.
  • Your bike is reserved until the class start time.
  • You will be charged for your class if you do not show.
  • If you know you are going to be late, and you have a bike reserved, please call: 949.295.0710 at least 15 min. prior to the start time and your bike will be saved for up to 10 min.
  • If a class shows availability after the one hour deadline then first come basis.
  • Class credits do not expire.
  • There are no refunds or cancellations of credits.
