RhythmRide® helps new riders get started with indoor cycling. On your first class the instructor will set you up on your bike so that it is at the max comfort for your size. They will also go through a description of how the class works. All the classes are designed for a maximum cardio workout. Depending on your fitness level will determine how much you can participate in the routine. We mainly ride out of the saddle. Again this will depend on your fitness level if you will stand and what percentage of the class. We recommend the first class to just sit most of the time and observe. Get used to the feeling of a spin bike and the gear. The best part is there is no competition between riders in Rhythm Ride. We are all trying to improve our personal performance. Every class has every level in it.
